The LDCSB is intending to prequalify Roofing Contractor’s for a subsequent Tender process that includes a New Northwest Catholic Elementary School. Only Proponents that achieve an overall minimum score of 75 will be eligible to be selected by the General Contractors. Please note that if you are a Roofing Contractor that has already prequalified with the LDCSB for Roof Replacement/Roof Restoration projects, RFSQ 2022-21, you are NOT required to resubmit for this prequalification. Tender documents are planned to be published between February 2023 and March 2023. The London District Catholic School Board is issuing this Request for Qualifications for Roofing Contractors who are interested, qualified, firms (Respondents), and are capable of undertaking the project the LDCSB will be tendering. Overview and any pertinent details affecting submissions as a result of questions will be posted as an Addendum. |

This notice is to advise that The London District Catholic School Board (LDCSB) has completed its pre-qualification process for Vendor of Record (VOR) - Roofing Contractors for the New Northwest Elementary School. All vendors that met the minimum score criteria of 75% have been added to the VOR list for the New Northwest Elementary School and will receive all tender opportunities.
