The London District Catholic School Board is inviting Pre-Qualified General Contractors to submit responses to this Request for Tender for 2026 Portable Classroom Unit Installations at various LDCSB school locations in London, St. Thomas, Tillsonburg, and Woodstock Ontario. Only Contractors with previous Portable Installation experience will be considered for this tender. The General Contractor will be prime on this job submitting the complete bid. Overview and any pertinent details affecting submissions as a result of questions will be posted as an Addendum. Award of this tender will be dependent on Board approval which will be at the end of April 2026.

This notice is to advise that the contract has been awarded to Bronnenco Construction Ltd for the 2026 Portable Classroom Unit Installations at Various Schools pursuant to the above-noted procurement process.

In accordance with section 7.2.20 Mandatory Requirement #20: Supplier Debriefing of the BPS Procurement Directive, unsuccessful proponents are entitled to a debriefing meeting, during which they will be provided with feedback regarding their submission. In order to be debriefed, unsuccessful proponents must issue a request in writing via email to Jessie Bauer, Buyer-Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Services, within 60 days from the date of this notice. Any request that is not received within 60 days of this notice will not be considered and the proponent will be notified in writing.
