The London District Catholic School Board is inviting Pre-qualified General Contractors to submit responses to this Request for Tender for Catholic Central High School - Classroom Upgrades/ Window and Door Replacements. A representative from LDCSB Pre-qualified General Contractor list MUST attend the mandatory site visit, in order to have their bid submission or pricing considered. Cornerstone Architecture Incorporated will be prime on this job. Pre-Qualified General Contractors are to submit the complete bid and are responsible for obtaining pricing from Trades listed within this tender document. Overview and any pertinent details affecting submissions as a result of the site visit will be posted as an Addendum. Award of this tender will be dependent on Board approval which will be at the end of February 2023. Construction on this project will start March 2023. |

This notice is to advise that the contract has been awarded to SDI Builders 2010 Ltd for Catholic Central High School-Classroom Upgrade/Window and Door Replacement pursuant to the above-noted procurement process. Lowest bid was established using both Separate Prices to calculate the total.
Bid Price: $499,000.00
Separate Price #1: $279,000.00
Separate Price #2: $292,000.00

In accordance with section 7.2.20 Mandatory Requirement #20: Supplier Debriefing of the BPS Procurement Directive, unsuccessful proponents are entitled to a debriefing meeting, during which they will be provided with feedback regarding their submission. In order to be debriefed, unsuccessful proponents must issue a request in writing via email to Jessie Bauer, Buyer-Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Services, within 60 days from the date of this notice. Any request that is not received within 60 days of this notice will not be considered and the proponent will be notified in writing.
