The London District Catholic school system has 43 elementary and 9 secondary schools providing a full range of education experiences from Junior Kindergarten through to the completion of secondary school. In addition, Continuing Education for adult learners is available. Approximately 22,000 students in the counties of Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin, including the cities of London, St. Thomas, Strathroy and Woodstock are educated in our school system. The London District Catholic School Board is inviting Pre-Qualified General Contractors to submit responses to this Request for Tender for Sir Arthur Carty Catholic Elementary School – Washroom Renovations. The General Contractor will be prime on this job submitting the complete bid. Overview and any pertinent details affecting submissions questions submitted will be posted as an Addendum. This project MUST have substantial completion by August 30th, 2024 and can be started on July 2nd 2024. |

Notice of Award – Sir Arthur Carty Catholic Elementary School - Washroom Renovation
This notice is to advise that the contract has been awarded to Bronnenco Construction Ltd for Sir Arthur Carty Catholic Elementary School - Washroom Renovation pursuant to the above-noted procurement process.
The London District Catholic School Board (LDCSB) would like to take this opportunity to thank all proponents for responding to the above referenced procurement opportunity.
In accordance with section 7.2.20 Mandatory Requirement #20: Supplier Debriefing of the BPS Procurement Directive, unsuccessful proponents are entitled to a debriefing meeting, during which they will be provided with feedback regarding their submission. In order to be debriefed, unsuccessful proponents must issue a request in writing via email to Jessie Bauer, Buyer-Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Services, within 60 days from the date of this notice. Any request that is not received within 60 days of this notice will not be considered and the proponent will be notified in writing.
