The London District Catholic School Board is inviting Pre-qualified Roofing Contractors to submit responses to this Request for Tender for Roof Replacement, Partial Replacement and Roof Restoration in London, Tillsonburg, Woodstock, Lucan and Dorchester Ontario. N. American Roof Management Services Ltd. will be prime on this job. Roofing Contractors are to submit the complete bid and are responsible for obtaining pricing from Trades listed within this tender document. Overview and any pertinent details affecting submissions as a result of the site visit will be posted as an Addendum. Award of this tender will be dependent on Board approval which will be at the end of February 2020. Construction on this project will start as soon as possible depending on weather and is required to be finished on or before August 28th 2020. |
