The London District Catholic school system has 43 elementary and 9 secondary schools providing a full range of education experiences from Junior Kindergarten through to the completion of secondary school. In addition, Continuing Education for adult learners is available. Approximately 22,000 students in the counties of Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin, including the cities of London, St. Thomas, Strathroy and Woodstock are educated in our school system. The London District Catholic School Board is inviting Pre-Qualified General Contractors to submit responses to this Request for Tender for St. Mary’s Catholic Secondary School – Chiller Replacement. The General Contractor will be prime on this job submitting the complete bid. Overview and any pertinent details affecting submissions questions submitted will be posted as an Addendum. Award of this tender will be dependent on price, which will require Board approval. The next board meeting will be at the end of May 2021. This project MUST have substantial completion by August 20th, 2021 and can be started after July 5th as soon as weather permits. |

Notice of Award – St. Mary’s Secondary School – Chiller Replacement
This notice is to advise that this tender has been awarded to Bronnenco Construction Ltd, pending board approval on May 17th, 2021 for RFT 2021-09 St. Mary’s Secondary School – Chiller Replacement pursuant to the above-noted procurement process.
The London District Catholic School Board (LDCSB) would like to take this opportunity to thank all proponents for responding to the above referenced procurement opportunity.
In accordance with section 7.2.20 Mandatory Requirement #20: Supplier Debriefing of the BPS Procurement Directive, unsuccessful proponents are entitled to a debriefing meeting, during which they will be provided with feedback regarding their submission. In order to be debriefed, unsuccessful proponents must issue a request in writing via email to Jessie Bauer, Buyer-Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Services, within 60 days from the date of the official award. Any request that is not received within 60 days of the official award will not be considered and the proponent will be notified in writing.
