The LDCSB is intending to prequalify Contractor’s for future subsequent Tender process' . Only Proponents that achieve an overall minimum score of 75 will be eligible to be selected for the LDCSB Vendor of Record Contractors. Tender documents are planned to be published between February 2023 and 2025. The London District Catholic School Board is issuing this Request for Qualifications for Contractors who are interested, qualified, firms (Respondents), and are capable of undertaking the projects the LDCSB will be tendering. Overview and any pertinent details affecting submissions as a result of questions will be posted as an Addendum. |

Notice of Award – Vendor of Record (VOR) Award Notification: Subtrade Contractors.
This notice is to advise that The London District Catholic School Board (LDCSB) has completed its pre-qualification process for Vendor of Record (VOR) – Subtrade Contractors. All vendors that met the minimum score criteria of 75% have been added to the VOR list for the New Northwest Elementary School and will receive all tender opportunities. If the subtrade category was not awarded, proponents that submitted for that trade, are still permitted to bid on upcoming tender when the subtrade is requested.
