This will serve as a Notice of Intended Procurement for the subsequent Tender as per Chapter nineteen: Government procurement of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. The London District Catholic School Board (LDCSB) invites interested General Contractors for a subsequent Tender process for a New North London Catholic Secondary School and New South London Catholic Secondary School. Only Proponents that achieve an overall minimum score of 70% in stage 2 of our evaluation will be eligible to move on to stage 3 references. Only the Proponents selected, during the Prequalification procurement process, as Prequalified General Contractors will be eligible and invited to submit a bid for the subsequent Tender. The intent of the subsequent Tender will be to establish a General Contractor responsible for all labour, materials, equipment & supervision necessary to complete construction of the new Catholic Secondary School(s). Tender documents for the North London School are planned to be published early 2027. The London District Catholic School Board is issuing this Request for Qualifications for General Contractors who are interested, qualified and are capable of undertaking the projects the LDCSB will be tendering. Overview and any pertinent details affecting submissions as a result of questions will be posted as an Addendum.
