The London District Catholic School Board is inviting Pre-qualified Architectural Consultants to submit responses to this Request for Tender for Architect Services for St. Martin Elevator and Stairwell Addition

A representative from LDCSB Pre-qualified Architectural Consultants list MUST attend all the mandatory site visits, in order to have their bid submission or pricing considered.

Pre-Qualified Architectural Consultants are to submit the complete bid will be awarded based on the complete bid, and are responsible for obtaining pricing from Subconsultants listed within this tender document. 

Overview and any pertinent details affecting submissions as a result of the site visit will be posted as an Addendum.
